Q. Can the new refill be used with the old COCOIRO body?
A. Structurally, it is possible to set the new refill into the old body. However, due to minor design updates, we recommend using the new COCOIRO body together with the new refill for best performance and quality.

How to Identify Old vs New Version:
Check the product code printed on the packaging or body. Codes beginning with LPCF010 indicate the new version. Earlier codes such as LPC- or LPCR010- indicate the older version.
Also, old version's cap with white rectangle and a ZIG logo in the middle of the pen body. New version's cap with white round shape and without a logo printed on the middle of the pen body.
